My name is Zoë Franklin and I am an undergraduate textile design student studying at the University of Leeds. I have chosen to specialise in digital print due to my love of colour, drawing and texture. Throughout my designs, I have worked in mixed media which I have translated into CAD to be printed onto fabric or any other materials. My collection of designs are based on the theme of architecture and/or sculpture.
My most recent collection explores the stylistic features of Indian textile design, with a special consideration for SS2020 colour trends. I have catered this collection for the high-street womenswear market, hence my final product illustration and visual research boards. I have explored different colour ways and styles to identify myself as a print designer.
